FutureFeed holds global IP for the use of Asparagopsis seaweed as a livestock feed ingredient, shown to lower ruminant methane emissions by 80% or more. They continue to develop technologies to expand the impact of this decarbonisation solution.

Presentation:

Asparagopsis as a methane reducing ruminant feed ingredient has the potential to create global impact on reducing hard to abate methane emissions from the agricultural sector. In this presentation we will explore the role of FutureFeed in enabling and participating in commercialization of a new product in a new product category. In addition we will discuss the opportunities and challenges of the purpose of the product towards achieving climate goals and the potential disruption to the target sector that supplies protein to the world.
